Ocean Joy British owned and regularly sailed in Caribbean and East Coast USA.Recently restored in the Uk at Elephant Boatyard in the Hamble River.
Darwin Sound Chartered in Antartica and South Pacific by Yvon Fauconnie.Originally built for the TV chef, Graham Kerr known as the Galloping Gourmet and named Treena.In France 2009/10 for refit work.	r

Ocean Light 2 Based in Vancouver and chartering along BC coast
Ocean Spirit, In 1969 RKJ and Les Williams got together and bought the first of the Ocean 71 hulls, at 71 feet long then the largest GRP boat ever moulded. Rigged as a ketch and with a very basic fit out, they entered the two handed Round Britain Race. They won by two days, the only time the race has ever been won by a mono-hull. An indifferent performance in the Middle Sea Race in 1970 was followed by Line Honours in the inaugural Cape Town to Rio Race in 1971 with Sir Peter Blake as watch leader. After 3 years of charter work, the boat was sold and subsequently wrecked in the Caribbean.
Donald Searle a sail training ship run by the London Sailing Project based in the Hamble River on the south coast of England.Donald Searle is an Ocean 75 with the extended transom. She sleeps 22 in a very open plan layout!
Ocean Jewel – an Ocean 75 which has been beautifully restored in New Zealand by her owner John Baudier. With a fresh repraint, new sails, engine, genset, electrics, nav gear, etc, she has been through a similar refit to Ocean Free and now looks magnificent.Available for sale on www.yachtworld.com

Sealestial Picture sent from New Zealand – with a curiously rigged spinacre pole for the kids to swing on?
Flying Wings – a beautiful Ocean 71 seen in Corsica in 2008 and wintering 2009/10 in Marmaris. Unusally she has a custom extension on the transom, over-size booms and a short bowsprit for a cruising spinacre so must sail very well in light winds. Apparently refitted in New Zealand.
Oceana – picture sent from Valencia in 2009. Looks to have been well restored recently.
Quantum Leap (ex Golden Drum) – now lying on hte Pacific Ocean coast of El Slavador.Quantum Leap has not been used for several years and is available for sale now to somone able to restore her. . I have contact details for anyone interested.
And finally, Stormvogel, a classic and considered to be the forerunner of the Ocean 71 line from Van de Stadt	.
